Annual Appeal

Your generous participation in Annual Appeal, in addition to your membership dues, supports the mission of the Fitchburg Art Museum: to teach a regional audience, and especially youth, "the joy and inspiration of art". The Museum does this by interpreting its own permanent collections, staging changing exhibitions of borrowed objects and by conducting lectures, studio classes and gallery activities. In 1995 the Museum strengthened its commitment to education by starting, in collaboration with the Fitchburg Public Schools, an arts based public school to become a "Museum with a school at its heart."
