A gift to the Fitchburg Art Museum’s Annual Fund provides much-needed unrestricted funding to help FAM achieve its mission to be a catalyst for learning, creativity, and community building. Your generous support helps community members, families, students, artists, and thousands of schoolchildren reach their potential through the fun and creative programs we offer and the art we share.
We hope you will choose to support the Annual Fund today! Your participation makes a great difference.

The Norcross Society is the leadership giving circle for donors who support FAM with an Annual Fund gift of $1,000 or more. Norcross Society members are recognized for providing vital unrestricted support for FAM’s mission and programs. As participants of the Norcross Society, you join other patrons in the community whose values reflect those of Museum founder Eleanor Norcross, whose legacy of Art and Education lives on through this institution.
In addition to recognition in the Annual Report and in the Museum’s lobby, Norcross Society members receive invitations to special events with the director and curators that deepen their connection with FAM’s exhibitions and programs. Norcross Society members also receive all the benefits of the highest level of membership.
Many companies offer matching-gift programs for charitable donations made by their employees, which could double or triple your contribution. For more information, please contact your employer’s human resources department.
The Museum is very fortunate to have had generous donors in the past with whom we have built an endowment that has enabled us to ensure that our exhibitions and programs remain accessible to the public.
Unrestricted gifts (gifts not designated for a specific purpose) have an extraordinary impact, allowing us to direct support to areas where it is needed most. Whether restricted or unrestricted, your gift to endowment provides support that enriches the collections, supports exhibition and educational programming, advances conservation, and enhances our publications.
The Fitchburg Art Museum is thankful for the ongoing support of devoted members and the long-term vision of those who have helped insure the Museum’s future through their bequests.
Although cash contributions to the Museum are always very welcome, there are other creative and flexible options that can benefit you and the Museum. You can help ensure the Museum’s future by creating a trust while you are living or by including the Museum in your will.
If you would like to make a gift, contact Director of Development Rebecca Wright by email or by calling 978-345-4207 ext 310.
